The cut off for purchases with same day dispatch will be 2pm.
Purchase after 2pm will be dispatched the following day
Delivery
Depending on the size of the package it will be sent either by large letter or parcel, there are two delivery options available: Standard and Premium
Standard delivery Large Letter – Recorded first class post. Two to three working days
Standard delivery Parcel – three to five working days, using tracked courier e.g. Hermes
If the premium delivery has been selected then the following options apply
Premium delivery – two to three working days using tracked couriers e.g. Hermes
If there is a delay in receipt of product please check the tracking no. if available for location or give us an email/contact form and we will request from the courier.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Africessorize will communicate throughout the process and will be able to indicate when the credit has been made.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
